Please refer to the description of each style for detailed garment measurements and the below chart for approximate body measurements for each size. Still not sure? Send us an email at info@tetianak.com with your measurements and we are happy to recommend a size.  

PROCESSING TIME

All of our styles are made to order. Most orders will be ready to ship within 3 business days, but can sometimes take up to 7 business days depending on number of items in the order, and your place in the order queue. If you need your items by a specific date please email info@tetianak.com before placing an order to confirm if we can accomodate your timeline.

SHIPPING

Free shipping with tracking is available on all orders $80 and over (before tax) within Canada and USA using the services below.

International shipping does not have tracking unless upgraded. Upgrades for faster shipping and international tracking and insurance are available at checkout.

Any customs fees, duties or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

USA: USPS Priority Mail – Tracking and Insurance Included: 3- 7 business days.

CANADA: USPS First Class Mail – Tracking and Insurance Included: 5 – 10 business days.

INTERNATIONAL: USPS First Class – NO TRACKING or INSURANCE INCLUDED: 10 – 20 business days.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

All eligible items will be accepted for EXCHANGE or RETURN if shipped back within 14 days of receipt of your items. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Free shipping is provided on exchange items within USA and Canada and once received, exchanged items become final sale.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE or RETURN:
• Worn or damaged items.
• Items missing tags.
• Items not shipped back within 14 days of receipt.
• Items customized or altered in any way (pre or post shipping).
• Exchanged items.
• International orders.
